lesigh. So we got a new girl doing dayshift now. Nice person, says she has ten years of front desk expereince. she got the job because she knew the new gm. And yet I wonder how, if she has ten years of expereince she doesn't know to total up her credit cards. Doesn't print out her reports, I know she knows what reports because i'm the one who showed her. Now they're off by ALOT and because we close batches at the end of every shift I have no reports or any way to track down what happened. Honestly I don't know whats irking me more; the fact that she knew and still didn't do it or the fact that I can't fix it.
